I haven't updated in SO LONG and so much has happened.

For one, I gained up to 274.  So, that was a beautiful moment.
I basically got mad, gave up, ate like a cow, and gained.
When I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago (October 24), I weighed in at 274.
BUT, I have changed a lot of things, including eating better.  I lost 5 pounds in a week, so on Halloween I was 269, and I've lost 9 pounds in total.

The day after Halloween I started taking ACE.  If you haven't heard of ACE, it's basically a pill that helps you lose weight, but in a very natural way.  It stands for Appetite, Control, Energy.  It basically helps you cut back so you're eating the right portions, crave water, and gives you energy.

Now I know what your thinking.  TIFFANY, diet pills don't work!  You'll just gain everything back!

I'm right there with you.  I think diet pills are creepy, bad for you, and only for temporarily weight loss.  That's why I really researched this, because I have heard of quite a few people taking them.

For one, they have very natural things in them.  Here's what in it: Vitamin B6, Cocoa Powder, Chromium, Spirulina, Green Tea Extract, and Natural Sourced Caffeine.

Two, it also requires a change of eating habits, so it's not one of those "eat whatever you want and lose" things.  You may could lose a couple pounds off of them by doing that, but that's it.
Three, because it basically just helps train you on appetite control, portions, and gives you energy, once you stop taking them, you don't gain all the weight back.

So since I've started taking them (November 1st), I've lost 4 pounds.  In all, I've lost 9.  Tomorrow will be two weeks since my doctor weigh-in, and I'm hoping to get to a 10 pound loss, which would be FABULOUS.

I've also started logging everything I eat on myfitnesspal, which is a website and an app that counts calories, as long as any other thing you may want to count (sugar, fat, fiber, etc.).

And last, but not least, I've went down on my Paxil milligrams.  I found out from the doctor that people who take Paxil (an antidepressant I take for anxiety and panic attacks) usually gain about 5 pounds a month.  He said I'd basically have to lose 5 pounds a month just to even out.  I've been taken them for 5 years, so that explains some of the struggles I've had.  So, I switched from 20 mg to 10 mg.  When I lost all the weight in 2011 (250 to 208), I was only on 10.

If I can keep losing 3-5 pounds a week, I'll lose at least 21 pounds by NYC, which at this point would put me down to 243, and maybe lose as much as 35 pounds which would put me at 229.  Both of those are MUCH better than 274.

Anyway, that's my update on weight loss!  A lot of changes have been made and I've been feeling better.

OH, I almost forgot about my working out.  So I've been pretty lazy, especially in my "binge" weeks before the doctor.
Once I started eating healthy I was going to work out, but I got a really weird sickness.  For about a week, starting the day I went to the doctor, I had fever and really bad dizziness.  I could barely walk without swaying and didn't feel well at all.  We think it was sinuses, but I'm not really sure.  I'm finally over it now, though.

So all of these things mixed (ACE, eating better, recording food, and reducing my medicine) has been helping me lose weight.  I just need to add in a work out to round it off.

Thanks for reading ALL of that, if you did, and I'll see y'all SOON hopefully.

God bless,
Tiffany Blair
