Okay, maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but I have restarted my weight loss journey a lot.
I kind of screwed up the last few weeks. Not just a little, but a whole lot (I'm talking about midnight-runs-to-Whataburger bad).
I'm restarting today, though. New slate. I have exactly 121 days until NYC. That's like, 17 1/2 weeks. I HAVE to get in shape and healthier. All the walking there is insane.
I'm going to try really hard to make myself start walking. Even if it's just two laps around the high school (the only place to freakin' walk in this town), it's better than nothing. That equals about 1.5 miles.
So, wish me luck, guys! I'll weigh-in tomorrow to see where I'm at (probably back up to 262) and then
